Joup de Loup is a family friendly ski resort within the Devoluy ski area in the Southern Alps. It lies at 1500m altitude and has a great snow record. It is not well known in foreign circles and remains a very French destination which is rarely found in the alps these days. There are over 60 ski runs and 100 kms of piste as well as cross country skiing and a host of summer activities including…Open Air Swimming Pool, Mountain Biking, Walking, Woodland Adventure Park - "Go Ape", Horse Riding, Paintball, Archery, Climbing, Canyoning, Via-Ferrata, Fishing, Paragliding, Mini-Golf, Tennis, In Line Skating. Also white water rafting is available nearby. The local authorities are spending more and more money on infrastructure and increasing the tourist trade in the area. This is a place to keep ones eye on !!
