Massif Central Ski Areas

The skiing in the Massif Central remains undiscovered except by the locals and those in the know. It's the largest volcanic region in France. Its stunning mountain ranges make perfect family orientated ski resorts without the crowds of the Alps.

The region has over 10 different ski areas. The main ones are Super Besse and Le Mont Dore in the Massif de Sancy and the Lioran in the Massif du Cantal.

The region is "natural" and has unspoilt panoramic views, beautiful lakes, historical villages and spa towns.
