The Development currently has 16 individual chalets which are located to maximise views from each property.

• The exterior design of each chalet is required to be broadly similar but can
be tailored according to plot and owners’ requirements with balconies,
terraces, garages, windows etc
• The interior design and layout is open to configure as required.
• There is no real restriction on the building footprint and most of the
existing chalets are between 80 and 120m2 habitable over 2 floors
• Water, electricity and sewage connections are already installed

Massif des Bauges Ski Area

The Bauges offers a wealth of sporting and cultural activities in a location that’s hard to beat. It has 3 ski areas including family friendly Aillon-Margeriaz, Le Semnoz, over looking Annecy, plus Savoie Grand Revard, the largest cross- country ski resort in France.

In 2013 it gained international recognition as the venue for the final stage of the Tour de France starting in Annecy, passing through the Bauges to finish on Mt Semnoz. With it’s fantastic routes and quiet roads it is truly heaven for cyclists.

Savoie Grand Revard Ski Resort

Savoie Grand Revard is an outstanding area of natural beauty in the Regional Natural Park of the Bauges, only 25 minutes from Chambéry, Annecy and Aix-les-Bains.

Savoie Grand Revard  links three villages : La Féclaz, Le Revard and Saint-François de Sales.

La Féclaz : This is the principal village of  the Savoie Grand Revard area. It has its own ski station and is home to many facilities:

Le Revard : One of the ‘first’ ski resorts created in France. Le Revard has preserved its character and authenticity. At the top of Mount Revard you will be amazed by the spectacular views of: the Alps mountain range, Mont Blanc and Lac du Bourget.

Savoie Grand Revard, has 140 km of Nordic ski runs through the largest forest in the Bauges in an amazing and unspoilt, protected environment. Cross country skiing lovers, enthusiasts of nocturnal skiing, there is something for everybody in Savoie Grand Revard. New A dedicated area for discovering cross country skiing and biathlon are available for your pleasure. 

New Two alpine ski resorts, where one ski pass is all you need to enjoy, Revard and Féclaz's ski lifts giving you access to 50 km of  Alpin ski runs.

New The Regional Natural Park of the Bauges in partnership with Savoie Grand Revard has established a viewpoint at the top of the chairlift in La Féclaz. It includes information on the history of urbanization, tradition of tourism and Lac du Bourget. The Revard's viewpoint area which provides a stunning view is an absolute must hot spot for the all-important Holiday Photo to send home and make all your friends and family jealous.

Savoie Grand Revard provides the opportunity to discover heritage, wildlife and local flora preserved in the heart of the Bauges Natural Park The « Tome des Bauges »  is a famous cheese, and proudly produced here, once tasted you will be ‘hooked’.. Many family activities: Savoie Grand Revard offers great family hiking through meadows and forests, there are numerous hiking trails to explore  The trails are well marked and you can choose your walk according to your experience. The small maps called "Rando Parc" will help you to plan a safe and beautiful walk, in the Bauges. For over 10 years, the adventure park has delighted both children and adults. You can experience 7 different courses with your friends or family. For the youngest (from 3), a kid course has been specially built.

Via Ferrata: There are two via ferratas (one extremely difficult and one difficult) both are fully equipped to provide a challenge for even the most experienced.climbers.  Savoie Grand Revard, has several natural sites suitable for climbing enthusiasts: Col de Doria, Le Sapey, Le Peney.

Road Bike and Mountain Bike: Electric bike, downhill, cross country, dirt ... Savoie Grand Revard is a cyclist's paradise. 120 km of tracks are waiting for you; a downhill track with ski lift and 2 more sizeable runs (average 20 km) La Féclaz to Chambery and Le Revard to Aix-les-Bains.
