The Chalets....

Nevache is a traditional alpine village nestled just below the Col D'Echelles on the border with Italy.
It's a quiet residential spot, though it comes alive in winter and summer as it attracts tourists looking for the more authentic side of alpine life.

The 2 chalets are connected by a stone clad outbuilding which has a working office and all necessary services to convert in to habitable space. The 3 buildings surround a lovely private courtyard. The whole property is set on nearly 1500 m of land.

This exceptional property would make a wonderful family or holiday home or rental business.

The Area....

Nevache is a quiet alpine village located at 1600 m altitude, just 20 kms from Briancon and only a short drive over the Col D'Echelles to the Italian border.
It is a destination for a certain type of tourism, where nature and traditional alpine activities prioritise over commercial fuss.
The Claree Valley is one of the most liked valleys in the area, offering stunning walks and and beautiful river running it's full length.
