Nestled in the heart of the Grandes Rousses mountain range, the resort of Alpe d’Huez captivates visitors with its exceptional sunshine and breathtaking panoramic views.
In winter, Alpe d’Huez unveils an outstanding ski area with over 250 km of slopes. Freeriding in the legendary couloirs of Pic Blanc, an XXL snowpark, rail tobogganing, paragliding, ice climbing, and snowmobiling are just some of the many activities on offer.
When summer arrives, Alpe d’Huez transforms without losing any of its magic. Snow-covered slopes give way to beautiful hiking trails and a true paradise for mountain biking enthusiasts.
High-altitude lakes, flower-filled alpine meadows, and 360° panoramic views set the scene for golf, climbing, via ferrata, trail running, and cycling — including the legendary 21 bends famously tackled by riders in the Tour de France.
