The village is perfect for nature lovers. In winter, in addition to the Bonneval ski area, the entire Haute-Maurienne region is available to you within a 30-kilometre radius with the resorts of Val Cenis, Aussois... or the charming village of Bessans. In the summer, you can explore the Vanoise National Park on foot, where you will discover the geological, flore and faune that the area is well-known for. Finally, to fully enjoy the panoramas offered by the region's magnificent sites, you can take the mountain pass roads. On the border with Italy, the Mont-Cenis pass will take you to the magnificent lake of the same name at an altitude of 2,000 metres, while the Iseran pass, one of the most legendary and highest in Europe (at 2,770 metres), will allow you to cross the Vanoise National Park to reach Val d'Isère in Tarentaise.
