Just 15 minutes drive from Tignes and Val d'Isere and 5 minutes from the station of Sainte Foy which is served by a free navette in the winter

The house is in the traditional cobbled mountain village of La Thuile , which sits in between he village and the ski station. La Thuile has a free navette which goes up to the station of Sainte Foy In the winter . Sainte Foy is a hidden gem which is a beautiful sage family resort , it also has the most amazing off piste runs.
15 minutes from Val d'Isere and Tignes, and only 10 minutes from Villaroger which has a new high speed lift for winter 2025 taking skiers into the heart of Les Arcs in 8 minutes . Bourg Saint Maurice with its train station and direct access to Paris is just 15 minutes from la Thuile.
You can walk directly from the house to the many paths of the Vanoise National Park and down to the Isere river below . the land in front is agricultural , so the view will always remain unspoilt .

The legendary ski area of Espace Killy has over 300kms of marked piste and endless off-piste options - some of the most varied and exciting skiing you can find! The ski area links the two resorts of Val d'Isere and Tignes. Val d'Isere sits at approximately 1800 metres and is a truly modern alpine village. The pretty old town of snow filled streets and Savoyard stone buildings is home to the original village church built in 1664. The resort centre is lively and vibrant, with shops, restaurants and bars to suit any budget and taste, lining the wide, spacious main-street.Every season, during summer and winter, Val d'Isere hosts all sorts of events - from Savoyard festivals or fayres show-casing local produce such as cheeses, cured meats or lace. International sporting events like the Tour de France and the World Ski Championships often stage an event here. Music festivals are often hosted during the summer and winter 2010 welcomes a stage of the World Snow Polo Masters Series! The villages of Tignes are a little further down the valley towards Bourg St Maurice.
